Therapy sessions are usually around 55 minutes in length and are currently through a secure video platform called SimplePractice.
If you need financial assistance, please reach out as I have often have discounted spots available which operate on a sliding scale. Click here for a helpful guideline to determine if the sliding scale is right for you.

A Note on Insurance
Currently, I am not in-network with insurance.
However, I may be able to provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Click here to learn more about how to find out if your insurance company will reimburse you for out-of-network therapy sessions.
